  1. Overview - These Terms of Service govern your use of phoenixkarate.ca and your membership or participation in programs offered by Phoenix Karate Inc., located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By purchasing a membership, class, or product, you agree to these terms.

2. Memberships & Classes - Memberships and class registrations are for in-person participation at our dojo. All memberships are personal and non-transferable. Phoenix Karate reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or program content with reasonable notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy New memberships are fully refundable within 7 days of your first class. After this period, memberships are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at PhoenixKarateSensei@gmail.com. Cancellations after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund but may be considered for a credit at our discretion.

4. Physical Activity & Liability Waiver - Martial arts training involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling yourself or your child in any Phoenix Karate program, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Phoenix Karate Inc., its instructors, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during normal training activities. Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to training.

5. Minors - Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for participants under the age of 18. By completing enrollment for a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the student's behalf.

6. Products - Physical products (uniforms, equipment, etc.) are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property - All content on phoenixkarate.ca — including logos, images, and program materials — is the property of Phoenix Karate Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms - We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
