This handbook applies to all Goju Ryu Karate Do practicing students of Phoenix Karate Inc locating in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It does not apply to the students of any other Martial Art or Karate organization. It provides a summary of the martial arts history and traditions, dojo etiquette and rules, training guidelines and practices. In the kids karate student manual, also for teens and adults, you will find Japanese words for common techniques with the translation to English. You will also find counting in Japanese with an explanation on how to pronounce the words for each number.
